Absolutely! We encourage you to visit Card Services in Green Hall, Room 119 as soon as possible to get your replacement card. In the meantime, please ask a manager at the dining location of your choosing and we can work with you to ensure you are able to dine using your meal plan.

All new residential first-year & transfer students sign up for a meal plan during the housing application process. Returning resident students select their meal plans during the room selection process. Commuters may purchase a Block Plan directly from TCNJ Dining, or may choose a Carte Blanche Plan, which are purchased through Residential Education and Housing.

We encourage all customers to immediately ask for a manager or supervisor if there is ever a problem in one of our dining facilities. We realize students have very busy schedules, and if they should not have the time to speak with someone immediately, they can email us at mktgcrd@tcnj.edu, or can text a comment or question to 82257. Simply include "TellTCNJDining" along with your message. Customers are also encouraged to attend our Dining Services Committee meetings held every other week. You can find meeting dates, times and locations on the Committee page. Students can also use the Feedback form on our website.

The Block Plan was developed specifically with commuters, faculty, and staff in mind. With the Block Plan, you can purchase a 25 or 50 “block” of meals to enjoy in The Atrium at Eickhoff. Each time you enter, a meal is removed from your block. These Block Plans can be purchased or added to at any time throughout the semester in our office (Eickhoff 192) which can be accessed through the C-Store in Eickhoff Hall, or you can download an application from the Plans page and send it in. Commuters can also purchase Carte Blanche plans, giving them unlimited access to The Atrium at Eickhoff from open until close or from 11:00am until close, depending on which plan they choose, as well as Carte Blanche points and Meal Equivalency.

Meal plan points for both Weekly and A la Carte, and meals for those on a Block Plan, do carry over from the Fall semester to the Spring semester, but do not carry over from Spring to Fall. All points or meals not used by the end of the Spring semester will be forfeited.

At each of our dining locations, vegetarians can find many options to suit their dietary needs. In The Atrium at Eickhoff, Veggie Loop is a completely meat-free zone. Also, at 91.3 Wokery, vegetarian students may request that their food be prepared in one of two woks that are dedicated to vegetarian cooking. Tofu is available as a substitute for proteins at most stations in the dining halls as well, in addition to many vegetarian wraps, panini sandwiches, salads, and hot items. All students living on campus are required to be enrolled in a meal plan. We encourage students who feel as though they are not getting what they need out of the meal plan to contact us at (609) 771-2364, or via email at mktgcrd@tcnj.edu. We accommodate for special time restraints that prevent students from being able to dine at any of our locations. TCNJ Dining Services can work with you to have boxed meals ready. Contact the Director of Operations, Ron Pritchard, at ronald.pritchard@sodexo.com or (609) 771-3242, to discuss the various boxed meal options. Alternatively, you may stop by our Dining Services office in Eickhoff 192 (through the C-Store) to inquire about this program. Carte Blanche meals will use one Eickhoff swipe, and A la Carte meals will follow the rates for the 2019-2020 academic year. Breakfast: $6.22, Lunch: $9.28, Dinner: $10.82

Students who have run out of dining points before the end of the semester can add GetIt points to their card, which can be used at all dining locations on campus. To do this, students should visit Card Services in Green Hall, Room 119, or can add points to their card online.
If a student’s card does not work at any dining services location, or says that a privilege is unassigned when the student thinks it should be, they should immediately visit Card Services in Green Hall, Room 119.
All deposits made usually take 24 hours to go through the system. Money deposited is not immediately available for purchases. If it has been a few days and the card still does not work, please visit Card Services in Green Hall, Room 119.
Yes it is! Nutrition information is provided for all menu options at The Atrium at Eickhoff. Our Mindful program helps students make easy, healthy choices by identifying menu options that meet certain nutritional criteria with a Mindful apple icon. We also have a Registered Dietitian, Puneet Sethi, who can work with you to ensure all of your dietary concerns are addressed or answer any questions about eating healthy on campus. MyZone in The Atrium at Eickhoff is a designated gluten-free area with prepackaged foods as well as gluten-friendly foods made by our chefs. Additionally, TDubs Dining, Education Cafe, The Library Cafe, The Lion's Den, STEM Forum Cafe, and Fresh Pride Cafe all offer gluten-free grab & go options!
