This on-campus restaurant serves as The College of New Jersey's newest and tastiest tradition. A renovation and expansion of the space that TCNJ's former restaurant, the Rat, occupied, it houses 110 seats, a stage area and a bar that serves beer, cider and wine. The new menu has been designed by Chef Carl Ruiz, the talented chef and owner of several restaurants in New Jersey who has been featured several times on the Food Network. Chef Carl Ruiz is also the youngest Cuban Executive Chef to be honored with a three star rating by the New York Times.
